Farm Boy Cornwall, Hazeldean, Place d'Orleans and Train Yards stores are the only locations currently offering order and pick up. Other locations will be announced at a later date. 

We are currently offering a set of essential items for order and pick up. More items will be added in the future.

We will be scheduling orders in the sequence they are received. You will receive an email confirmation once your pick up time has been set. This email will be sent within 3 hours of placing your order.

Changes to your existing order cannot be made. Customers who want to add items to an order will need to submit a new order for those new items.

There is no minimum order value to place an order.

We will be scheduling order pick up spots up to 3 days out. If order pick-up dates are full, please check back at 7 am for future openings.

We will use plastic bags when preparing your order. Due to the current public health situation, we are no longer accepting reusable boxes and bags in our stores or for pick up orders.

If items on your order are not available, your order will be adjusted and the changes will be communicated via email.

We will not be offering product substitutions.

All temperature-controlled items will be stored in the applicable temperature zones in accordance with food safety guidelines.

Order Pick Up

You will receive an email informing you of your scheduled pick-up date and time after you place an order.

Arrive at the store within your scheduled pick up window to collect your order.

Park in a designated Farm Boy Fresh Online parking spot. Spots are clearly marked.

Once you park in a designated parking spot:

Call the customer pick up phone number displayed on the parking lot sign. Confirm your order by providing the customer name and order confirmation number, along with your parking spot number.

A Farm Boy Team Member will bring your order out to your car and confirm the customer name and order number prior to handing off the order.

The Farm Boy Fresh Online parking spots are clearly marked and will vary depending on the location.

Your order will be available for pick up during your assigned pick-up window. Please do not arrive before your scheduled pick up time as we cannot guarantee that it will be available. Please arrive only within your assigned pick-up window so we can provide all of our customers with the best online shopping experience.

You will be charged once your order is prepared.

Payment pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card when the initial order is placed. The payment will be finalized after the order is processed. You will be charged only for the actual items and quantities that are provided to you.

No, payment for online orders can only be done online.

When you place an order, a pre-authorization will be applied to your credit card for the amount of your online order.

When your order is processed, your credit card will be charged with the actual amount of your order based on any updates that have been made. The online order is the maximum amount you will be charged. Adjustments will only be made to adjust estimated prices to match actual prices and to apply any active sales in the store at time of processing.
